The interstate should not have speed limits. You should be encouraged to drive fast or move the hell over. Save speed limits for school zones. Seeing people speed through a school zone pisses me off. Bastards should serve a week in jail for risking a kid's life. Bet that would slow their asses down.

I agree but there needs to be fine some consistency. Ive seen school zones with 20, 25 and 35 mph limits. Most have established times for these limits except for the one near my house. It says "20 mph when children are present" how in the hell am I supposed to know when kids get there and leave? I've seen kids there as late as 6.

NEED HELP: I just got my first speeding ticket the other day. Is there anyway I can not have it put on my record or avoid paying the fine (which I think is about $70)??

I've heard about the traffic school, but if I go to that do i still have to pay for the ticket, and the points just don't go on my record?

I'm sure there is somebody here that has gotten out of it before, or a police officer who could give me some advice

Go to Court and throw yourself at the mercy of the judge, seriously. You will always come out better if you go to Court.
