Southern Cal vs Virginia

USC has a bad habit of starting fast and then giving up late points. I doubt it will haunt them today, but I've seen it alot throughout the Carroll era and it wouldnt shock me if they were made to pay for it eventually this year.

Sanchez is having himself a day though.. Then again a lot of people could with that offense.

Patrick Turner...

McKnight's an excellent running back but I wouldnt trust him on special teams. He's made some risky attempts today.

I really like Al Groh, he tells it like it is. Is he doing the best that can be done at Virginia, or is he underachieving?

I don't know what his final stats were but I saw Patrick Turner catch a pass for a big gain.

USC's schedule is so friggin weak. With talent like that they oughta play more out of conference games. :D

To be fair, Virginia was pretty decent when they probably scheduled this game. Plus, they're playing a home/away series with Ohio State.

How dare USC playing 4 BCS conference teams out of OOC. They could just use the Ohio State routine. And schedule 4 in-state schools and every other year play a major conference team.
