Upon reflection and reading other threads we gotta face facts. JP is here to stay.

Fulmer screwed us. He will probably stay to till the end of 2021 which doesn't really matter because he has already hit the self destruct button. Might as well let him go down with the ship.

But from a financial standpoint I think Pruitt may be here for at least two more seasons.

UT athletics projecting $40 million loss because of pandemic

When the numbers look like that there is just no money to hire anyone else. And likely won't be for a while. Even if things are 100% next year it will just break even at the end of the year. Which means still no money at the end of next year to can coaches. I say we got two more years of Pruitt unless someone knows where a money tree is.

We just gotta accept it.

This is the right attitude ^^^^. Tennessee fans have every right to feel disappointed, and overflowing with frustration, but the powers that be in the University of Tennessee athletic department have shown confidence in Jeremy Pruitt. This season is probably a lost cause... but let's see what happens next year. I'm not ready to give up yet.

But why bother.

A quick search shows Tennessee had a season this bad in 100+ years.

He has to do better than this next year. The odds are with him.

Better play some super easy teams like Ga State to start out the season so he can look good.
