I agree. I was sitting in traffic with my wife when I pointed next to us at a light and said "there's a new Mustang". She said "where"? I said "exactly".
I was going to say that owner shouldn't be parking in a handicapped spot, but after seeing what they did to that vehicle, I think they may have a good case.
