I know some don't like him.. but I respect his word and don't want anyone trashing Swain.. seems like he is indicating someone else might be heading to the coaching staff.. any ideas??

(BTW he WAS spot on with the Tee and Chaney hires)

Well, Pruitt knows that we have to close the recruiting gap immediately and catch up with Bama, Florida & UGA
Step # 1: Hire homerun recruiters. Step # 2: Flip some of the recruits that Bama, Florida & UGA want

If there’s further turnover with our ten on-the-field coaches, my bet is we lose an offensive coach since we have six on that side of the ball now and we add a defensive coach. I could see Pruitt going six on offense and four on defense if he decides he wants to spend the vast majority of his time with the defense but I think it will be an even split. I also doubt any other turnover is going to be one of our better recruiters unless that coach is offered a promotion and sizeable raise from another school. Thompson makes sense in that instance and I think our offensive staff has a number of coaches who can coach different position groups and so there’s flexibility on that side of the ball.
