Some people in San Francisco are already speculating that Tony Vitello wishes he was back with the Tennessee Vols

There's less than a zero percent chance they give this 3 years. Posey is on the hot seat since this hire is all him going out on a limb. He will have to move on from Tony if he wants to save his job. I'd say he gets to the end of the year and then it depends on how far back they are
I don't think they are dumb enough to blame this current situation on the coaching staff. It's not like they gave him a loaded team and he ran it into the ground. I have not watched any of the games but from the Youtube podcasts this team has many problems. It could go a lot of ways. In any case I don't think TV has damaged himself any biting off that huge chew. He can do what he wants moving forward. Still a long way to go this season.

Who do you think gets included in the trades? Prospects.

Where do the prospects come from? The farm.

Who builds the farm? The organization.

Which other teams have the ability to sign free agents, build the farm, and trade? All 29
You’re on the right track. No figure in salaries.

But he won't unless he turns it around quickly. The problem won't be him getting fired, it will come when Buster Posey gets fired first and the new GM will want "his guy" in there. Posey went out on a limb hiring him, and it's a failed experiment
Like I said he will be fine, just fine. Tony certainly won't be the first guy fired or the last. MLB affords you patience firing Tony now would be a knee jersey reaction

Maybe the Giants will draft Condon and Tony can convince him to head back to Knoxville with him soon thereafter! MLB coaching success is diffficult to project. Don Mattingly out there showing up every manager and he has no idea what he's even doing half the time!

Which of their MVP’s came from the LAD farm system? Do they even have a player who they drafted that is of consequence to their success?
now you're correlating MVPs to team success and WS rings? Trout and Angels Ohtani would beg to differ.

And I guess you haven't heard of Cody Bellinger or Clayton Kershaw.

Troll on elsewhere with whichever sad team you root for

I was always correlating talent to team success. Is this the part where the narcissist tells someone else they’re a narcissist? You’re the only person confused about how the Dodgers operate, so thanks for confessing that you’re here to troll.

Obviously you're a Cardinals fan and bring up home Pujols as a homegrown star, what did Pujols do when he became a Free Agent? Hint: he sure the hell didn't stay in St. Louis.

Every team in MLB tries to acquire talent to help their chance at winning, just as the College teams are buying mercenaries now trying to win a Championship..

Anaheim offered Pujols more money than he was worth to the Cardinals. While Pujols was gone, Saint Louis hired another MVP first baseman for a lot less, named Goldschmidt. Pujols later came back to retire in Saint Louis and had another stellar year at the end of his career (for a lot less). Apparently the Cardinal way is better than the LA pay.

For some reason, some teams can’t seem to find the talent until it costs hundreds of millions. Others develop it at home and build pennant winners for a lot less. That’s what’s cool about baseball though. The team with the lowest salary can win it all (Florida Marlins 2003).

When was last time Cardinals won a WS? I will wait while you Google the answer.
