Softball Super Regionals bracket

The SEC has half of the field for the Super Regionals. Here's the conference breakdown:

SEC - 8
Pac 10 - 3
ACC -2
Big Ten - 1
Big 12 - 1
Sun Belt -1

Odds are pretty good the SEC takes home another national title.

We could close out every conference except one team if all the SEC teams could take their Super Regional.

Oregon is as good, or better than any SEC team. The SEC has a great chance, but Oregon has a VERY good team.

They have played a tough schedule. As tough as any SEC team's schedule. They are a top caliber program. Also, so is UCLA but they are going to have their hands full with Missouri. And, the LSU/Arizona matchup will be the second straight SEC/PAC12 matchup for both. And, Michigan is going to have its hands full with GA if they keep hitting the ball like they did on Sunday.

Vols need Aldrete and Koenig to start hitting. It seems like Gregg has been our best hitter the last month. I thought we would hammer the Utah pitcher yesterday, but didn't happen.

we have our hands full with FSU. Waldrop was the POY in the NCAA last year and Burroughs may even be better than her eventually..both have more SOs than innings and opponents are hitting around .160 against them..we have to have great pitching against them as it may be a low scoring series..they only gave up 2 runs and 7 hits in their three regional games

we beat them in Feb and I think they are 2-5 vs the SEC this year

Florida has beaten both Oregon and Michigan this season. I think it's Florida's championship to lose.

Looks like tickets are already sold out. Glad to see the community supporting this team.

For those who didn't get tickets, there is this:

Tennessee softball season ticket holders have until Tuesday, May 19, at noon to renew their season ticket location by logging into their online account 24 hours a day at UTTix.com, by calling the Tennessee Ticket Office at 865-656-1200 or visiting the ticket office in-person between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET.

Should the initial ticket availability sell-out, any tickets not renewed by season ticket holders would open on Thursday, May 21, at 8:30 a.m. ET.

If they renew - I hope someone is in the seats -- that looked bad at LSU (all the empty seats yesterday)

At the "meet the team" event in 2014 I could have sworn I heard them talk about adding bleachers to the outfield for the 2015 season. Definitely have the support to do it.

I will say that if they do add seats they need to address the parking issue. With the train tracks and third creek cutting off the stadium from the rest of campus you can't park anywhere but at the stadium. The volleyball facility took quite a few spots away. The cheapest options may be to do a pedestrian bridge across the tracks in left field, or a bridge across third creek to the ag campus.

Tennessee will take Fla. St. In two. Then they'll face some competition. Whoever is peaking latest this year will take it. There may be more talented teams in the WCWS than Tennessee this year but Tennessee is peaking late. You've had more talented teams there before but they were exhausted by the SEC tourney. What you thought was you're weakness has actually made you stronger (pitching....could'nt ride a Renfroe). So now all your pitchers have gotten stronger. Walton hasn't had good luck with Tennessee in a long time. And you'll probably meet them (gators) first in OKC.

I'm not that confident. I think it will go three games. Both teams are pretty even. Let's hope their shortstop doesn't have a big game.

Haegar Carrying the team on her back. The one thing that has been consistent in the WCWS is errors (Mich), actually the entire season. Some teams more than others (Tenn). Michigan needs to turn Romero loose instead of trying to strategise so much with her, let her hit.

looks like UF will be back to back NCs
