Congrats to all the young women signing their Softball National Letter of Intent today... HS Class of 2013 and especially to our new Lady Vols!!

Can wait for "First Pitch" and the start of the season this February at the Desert Classic in St. George, Utah. We will be there and the big tournament in Palm Springs/Cathedral City!

Any power hitters? We need at least 2 or 3 because the small ball we're currently playing doesn't work in OKC.

Our coaches are on a much needed vacation so no signing is for sure until confirmed by the coaches and athletic department... but from my understanding of committed players... we should have 4 new Lady Vols..

Annie Aldrete, Megan Geer, Taylor Koenig & Shaliyah Gathers..

Annie Aldrete from Northern Calif... played on the San Jose Sting Gold team and played in the championship game this summer at the primier fastpitch championships... took second place but hit a homer or two in the championship game in the losing defeat..

Megan Geer and Taylor Koenig both played on the Championship So Cal Athletics.. Megan and Annie were both hitting homeruns in the championship game and the Athletics defended their Championship.

Megan is 2b and OF and Taylor is 1b and 3b

Erin Gabriel. She pitched some in the fall tourney. Looked okay and did a good job. Cheyanne even pitched a few innings and looked good. I think pitching will be fine for the ladies.

off topic but the lady vols have bria bush from the 2015 class committed...she is from the same team as lexi overstreet buford high school she is a pitcher
