So who is betting on Tennessee tomorrow?

Even though I am a Dawg fan, I like betting Tennessee SEC games. As someone who bets often, I like predictability. I study the position group match-ups and look for disparities. I rarely bet non-SEC games, so I avoided Tennessee’s unexpected losses last year that do not need to be mentioned.

Over the past four years, Tennessee’s results have been fairly consistent with pre-game analysis. I don’t bet Tennessee every week, but more weeks than not. It is one of the reasons I follow this site. I am 14-2 on Tennessee games in that time.

After putting way too much time in, I think Tennessee wins big tomorrow. Hill’s QB stats at CSU were poor against quality defenses. He is not a threat to run and he will throw unforced interceptions. His passing efficiency is poor, and he gets jittery. Your defense should be top 10-12 this year. He has never seen that. I also think your o-line will dominate.

As an aside, Hill has had at least two torn ACL’s. He also looks like a member of a Color Me Badd tribute band.

I have a $100 on Tennessee tomorrow. Anyone else?

Good luck this year. Y’all could make a splash with your new HC. Good luck. Maybe with some luck y’all can make it back to Atlanta this year. I don’t have a bookie. I typically bet with fans of other teams. I’ve never met a SC fan except at the game when the Vols are playing them.

This guy is fan of the Athens butt sniffers, not those in Starkville. I hope UGA falls on their face and chokes in remarkable fashion again.

I do hope @SanDiegoDawg makes some $$$ this weekend though.

You’re kidding. Why would anyone claim Ga? It’s way better to be a Miss St fan than a Ga fan. Choking is part of the Culture in Athens. They can’t help it and it’s rude to keep bringing it up. They are what they are. And what they are is choke artists.

Lurk all you want but I don't want to hear about a Georgia fan betting on the Vols.

I was listening to the Volquest guys and I like what all they said. They talked about SC weaknesses being on OL (specifically LT) & DL. That makes me feel better about UT's lack of pass rush. The OL being UTs strength, it should be easier for UT to establish the run for JG and the new WRs, which is key.
Also talked about their lack of good WRs. UTs other strength is secondary. Whether they win or lay another opener egg, I feel more confident now that they "should".

I don't bet but I do listen to all of the talking heads to hear what they say. Everyone has this game as a toss up game with SC covering, they all point to the fact that the last like 10 games (except for last year) have been 10 points or less win for either side. I feel like the Vols are gonna roll the Gamecocks. I think the game will be close at half maybe 14-10 or 17-14 and then Tennessee pulls away in the second half.
