So who got snow today?

Really? We are practically neighbors.

I'm pretty near Nottingham, if you know where that is. I believe that's where they make Herrs potato chips. There's a park in nottingham over land I think is reffered to as serpentine barrens. Cool place with a lot of unique wild flowers. Before it was a park, they used to quarry chromium there during wwII

Not sure why I'm babbling about serpentine rock. Pretty drunk. You up closer to Philly? I'm about 40-45 minutes out

I know the area, not well but have been through it. Need to get a group of vols together next season, lots of us up here.

We were forecasted to get between 4-8 inches...we got a little sleet and ice..but it was enough that half my students didn't bother to come to class and take their midterm

Vols are everywhere. Its amazing sometimes. There's a car always parked at a house a couple neighborhoods away from me with a power T magnet, lol.

Herrs makes my favorite, jalapeño poppers. They're great. Get a job there, and get me a discount!

Would I be a complete schmuck if I posted a pic I took on the beach in Santa Barbara this morning? :)

This actually turned out to be a significant ice event in upstate SC. The icing in the trees, grass, etc. wasn't bad, but the roads were horrific. 250+ weather-related auto accidents in the past 24 hours including multiple injuries and 2 fatalities. Multiple roads closed, including I-385 going into Greenville.

Honestly, I don't know if the roads were that bad, or if drivers were just over-confident due to the forecast (which was a little ice, nothing major). Probably both.
