Does anyone know who the PG Tony Basilio has been referring to recently? The player is currently not in the portal but supposedly Tennessee is courting him and if he leaves his current program he'll be a strong possibility for the vols. This player is apparently a top player in the country and will send shockwaves in the sport should he leave his current program for the vols.

Exactly! If you had a GF who all of a sudden decided to leave you but you can be in a committed relationship for a year with a cuter girl...who we taking?!
🤔Depends on how much she costs?

Maybe I'm extending the analogy beyond your intent.

Oh look. Another made up story by Basilio that didn't come true.

If they are SOL, maybe this ridiculous annual best NIL shopping trend will reverse.
I vaguely remember a Kentucky team that under performed so badly that a few “one and done” players needed to return for a second year, but Cal basically told them the roster is already full (maybe you remember this more clearly?)

Now we’re supposed to feel sorry for Calipari because other teams are recruiting players that are full grown and his old model isn’t working like it used to.. At least this new model knocked Calipari, Izzy, and Self down a peg.

He still produces pretty good teams every year.

I think it started as Tanner. He said it that since everyone already knew about Tanner. When that fell through Tony was embarrassed to admit (like he had said he would) that it had always been Tanner. So I guess he just kept running his mystery schtick.
