So what do we expect out of all this in the end?

Funny how Jackson just got back form rehab the day before and his name pops up.

Miles needs to get out of town, I'm not sure about Rogers because this is his first offense. I think he needs to be suspended for a few games and given the last warning, any more strikes and he can hit the road too.

The other players involved should be suspended for one game.

The other players on the team need to be given a talking to from CDD to ensure that NONE of them be this stupid again

Just out of curiosity how many star recruits from the 2009 signing class have we lost now?

I dont think its that big of a deal from what Ive seen. They got in a fight, big deal. Myles ran from the cops? WOW. I see no reason for any dismissals from the team. Seriously, it could be a lot worse guys.

Maybe Myles was just getting a head start on what he knew was coming his way: running till he cant run anymore.

This is CDD's chance to put a stop to this crap.... I don't care if it means kicking all those that were there off the team if that is what it takes.. It has gone on to long. There are people in hospital and one of them a police officer. Examples need to be made and CDD needs to show that he is serious about changing things. He needs to come down hard, put curfews in place, whatever it takes. Those kids (thugs) need to know you screw up you are gone.. Take care of CDD and put a stop this s*%^ once and for all

I think Myles is gone, but that's it. Disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, despite how they sound, are fairly minor. You can get disorderly for screaming and causing a scene. You can get resisting arrest for "huffing and puffing" or tensing up. I hope that these guys fall within this side of the charges and not the extremes.

If you were involved in the fight you are gone! If you gave the cops any grief during their investigation you are suspended! If you were just there and didnt do anything you run extra before and after all practices!

This is how it plays out in my book.
Myles is suspended indefinitely. Can make his way back on good behavior.
Rogers will be on 2 game suspension.
All the rest that are involved gets a 1 game suspension.

Dooley is the head coach. He is a lawyer. He knows alot more about this kind of stuff than we do. He has probably all the details when all of us has bits and pieces.

Dumb foolish mistakes. They need to grow up and stay away from these childish places and they need to choose their friends and the people they hang with more wisely. If you hang with the devil and sin, you will get burned!

We may find out how good of an attorney Coach Dooley is/was. There may or may not be a reason he decided to coach.

Who are the players dismissed or suspended or whatever???
thought???

no one has any idea at this point. the coaches don't even have all the details at this moment.

Dooley has a chance to show the team and the college football world how this program will be disciplined. I think he will take his time, assess all the evidence and act. Be surprised if any player that was present gets away without some punishment.

If any felony charges are brought, doubt CDD has any options with what to do with the players charged. It is then a university policy issue.

Kick Myles off. Suspend the rest for a game or two. Run the rest of the team in the ground while the offenders hold signs saying

"I'm the dumbass thats causing you to run till you piss blood"

Then maybe the others will introduce them to a bar of soap, wrapped in a towel, the next time they consider being this stupid

How soon before we see a presser from Dooley? This afternoon or wait out till next week?

Just curious.

Anyone who kicked that man in the head when he was on the ground should go to jail.

I agree. If they kicked him in the head while he was helpless on the ground, they are thugs in every sense of the word!

Is that the one you get if you yell "FIRE" in a crowded theater? (obviously when their is no fire of course)
