This game doesn't have much effect on our chances. We still have to play both teams.

Kentucky gets LSU and Florida in consecutive weeks. They'll get their losses.

I'm pulling for the Cats.

Me, too.

The Gamecock fans in my area of SC are confident to the point of arrogance about tonight's game. I'd love the Cats to burst their bubble tonight.

As a side note, looks like may be some rain during the game tonight. Might favor the Cocks, who should rely on the run more than UK.

I'm pulling for Kentucky b/c I have to live down here with the SC fans and they are at a fever pitch right now and honestly are not even worried about Kentucky, Florida, Tennessee, and Arkansas. They are literally already counting those 4 games as wins...but they are worried about Clemson???

I don't think this game has much bearing on our chances. Regardless of who wins tonight, IF we win out and Florida loses one more...we are in Atlanta.

this game will not tell the tale, but i know several sec teams, okay the whole east division, that will be silently pulling for sc

we can lose to UGA and beat SC and still be mathematically elegible...we cannot lose this saturday and need SC to continue to beat UK and UF, one one we lost to and the other we can beat last game. Go spurrier!!! i wonder if most that want UK to win are those who don't think we can beat SC.

GO Cats!!! I married into a family of UK fans. I prefer to keep them happy, well until the UT matchup anyways. If UT beats Kentucky head to head it won't matter what Kentucky does against SC. If UT loses two conference games then Florida would have to lose three which would be unlikely anyways. The Vols only chance of winning the east is to win out which would put them in the championship game regardless of any other team's record in the east.

True 'nuff. The only way this will effect our chances of winning the east is if we lose again. If that is the case, we don't have much of a chance, anyway.

I know what your saying but I don't see Florida losing to anyone else in the SEC other than LSU. It could happen and stranger things have happened but it would be a miracle for UT to lose two conference games and get to the championship. What would people think of Fulmer then?

If we don't beat UGA, none if this really matters. So to answer your question, I am pulling for the Vols and the Vols alone. I will not be checking any other scores, changing any channels, looking at my girlfriend. I will be watching and pulling for the Vols and hoping not to see our defense trying to pull flags off of Georgia's waists to tackle them.

I'm pulling for South Carolina for the simple fact that Georgia Definately needs them to lose and for them to Come into Neyland knowing South Carolina had already lost their second game would just add to the Fire burning.

Any advantage we can get, let's get it!

as of right now, we only have to pull for LSU to beat Florida. After that, we simply pull for the Vols.

That's a valid point, Rgrwalker. We don't want Georgia coming in thinking all they have to do is win out to win the SECE. WE want to be the only ones thinking that in the stadium.

Im pulling for the a$$ kick'n chickn's. That basketball school needs to be put back in their place. The world is unbalanced with them having a good football team. Things need to get back to normal! Oh...and I agree with the above poster. As long as its not against the Vols, the ole ball coach is allright with me.

....and i've gone back and forth on this. the odds say KY has a much tougher stretch and will get their losses with LSU, FL, GA and TN left to play. SC only has us, FL and Ark as real threats.

but in the end, Bill you are correct.

Go Cats!

I'll pull for SC anytime they play UF or Bammer - otherwise, all bets are off.
