I would imagine bump us back up in the top ten? That would be a huge boost going into the offseason with momentum for the '14 class. Lawson, Bell, and Green, foundation blocks. What are our real chances? IMO...

Lawson-55% ours to lose, skeered of ole miss here (did I just type that?) will flip to someone

Bell-35% still get the feeling that he really wants to be a vol. the fact he is waiting is huge! It's not like he would get backlash for committing to anyone besides UT at a school in GA.

Green-50% this one is the hardest to read. Does anyone really know which way this guy is leaning much less going to committ?

So, a little temperament, BUT, isn't it refreshing to actually be talking 5 stars and UT again?

It will start again in '14 starting with the Berry twins.

I agree with you and love the fact that we are even in the mouths or minds of these kids but it's hard to tell where we truly stand between them. I won't say anything until after NSD because I know how our luck is. I really wish these 3 kids would take a chance and commit here and help bring this place to the top.

Also, I don't believe the Berry twins will be near a 5 star probably more like a low 4, high 3.

Personally, I'm glad it looks like CBJ is looking at the 2014 class and building those relationships now. That's where the staff's true recruiting capabilities will be tested. They have to scramble to salvage as much as they can for 2013.

If we sign those three, the Mayans were probably right...just off on their dates by a few weeks.

While I would love to have all three, I would be GREAT with just one of those three, realistically. I honestly hope CBJ uses this class to get some solid players; however, 2014 will be HUGE and I know everyone is looking forward to that class.

I think there is a few 'legacy' players for next year. Read a list on volquest I believe, was quite impressive.

You are indeed correct. The Berry twins (ATH/DB), Kelly Jr(DB), Creamer(WR), Bates(LB), Wharton(ATH), and I believe that is all of them.

I think we will get Green and Lawson. I think Butch will get it done.

IMO he needs to be focused on Jalen Hurd. That guy make green look like nobody. and go get Corn Elder

Hurd needs to be his number 1 target for next year. I have seen some great high school talent, but Hurd is the best I have seen by far.

Using Rivals to rank the classes, Vonn Bell is 'only' a 4 star.

Lawson adds 150 points (for having 6.1 Rivals Ranking) plus another 83 points for being the #2 overall player.

Green adds 150 points plus another 66 points for being the #14 overall player.

Bell adds 120 points (for having 5.9 Rivals Ranking) plus another 28 points for being the #122 overall player.

Adding this up, gives us a boost of 597 points for a total Rivals point total of 1875 and 10th place in the rankings...with only 18 players.

I want those guys as players no matter how many "points" they bring for a Rivals rating. Texas has been top 5 every year but one for the past 8 years and they are fielding mediocre teams.

The guys that have been listed are playmakers - game changers. Want.

If we get Green, Graham is the sole reason.

I spoke with green during the Florida game while the team was warming up. He seemed like a real humble kid. His dad was with him and you could tell that they were really analyzing the team, fans, coaches, and atmosphere. He said then that we were in his top 3, and that no other visit to other schools brought so much fan support of him to come to their school as we did at TN. Very mature kid and good family. Hope he chooses TN more than any recruit out there.
