I am hoping Phil finds us a great coach and we can have a winning season even next year. The key is the QB position and both lines. We need a lot of coaching changes I firmly believe a lot of the Assistants we have now are incompetent. A lot of talk about Butch micro managing all but I saw minimal improvement when he was fired.
