looks like we're right back where we were. we got dominated at the line of scrimmages, both sides of the ball, by a PAC-10 team. that's pathetic. the defense sucked, the offense couldn't go down the field and we lost our best pass-rusher for most likely a long time. this season is a waste already.

It's back to the 70's for the Vols. Your coaches have been around for waaay too long and are past being stale. Time to clean house and get some new blood in there. That is the only way to clear out the mediocrity.

absolutely spot on, couldn't have said it better. time for someone who can coach in today's game, and these guys cannot do it. We'll never see a BCS bowl again with this group.

what happened with all those freshmen that were supposed to contribute?? never saw it.

We got exposed for what we are tonight. A potentially good offensive football team with ZERO downfield threat and ZERO pass rush. Questionable defensive front and suspect young receivers.

I felt like it was an extension of the KY game last year in the second half in that we were out muscled and refused, it seemed at times to tackle.

It looked like CAL got plenty of use out of their freshman. Phil needs to take a hint.
