That Greg Schiano was a serious candidate. I specifically remember him saying to be watching the sidelines of the OSU-Michigan game last week.

So how did he know? Is he in the know with PM, Haslam and Currie? If so, can he be trusted? Or did he just take a wild guess? Sorry, just pondering.

Good question and not sure how he knew, but Charles Davis is a fantastic representative of UT. I wish he wanted to coach...

Davis has more contacts than Lenscrafters. Wouldn't surprise me if he may have been leaked something.

But just because he was leaked that info doesn't mean that he green-lighted or approved it.

PS. what matters next is the new coach...or does that matter anymore...AD Fulmer is on he job...:good!:

This guy has contacts everywhere. It was probably more from Schiano's side and then he asked around.

Maybe Schiano reached out to him to inquire about UT? Chances are Davis has lots of sources and hears lots of chatter.
