Having our most consistent going against their #3 has been done in the past. Ron Polk used to do this from time to time.

Interesting week to turn the rotation over.

Jordan Montgomery, the pre-season All American who shut us down on 3 hits last year and began the year as SC's Friday starter before suffering a minor injury, may pitch this Sunday if he feels well today.

If Montgomery can go, Sunday will be the matchup between the true #1's.

I wonder if Serrano was trying to avoid Belcher or counter Montgomery. I'm sure he's thought about this from a few more angles than we have.
