So, can we clear the benches now?

Can we now proceed to play as many as our young guys as possible and get them reps and see if we have anything there, or should we proceed as planned?

Personally, we may as well get the Colemans, Cromptons, Moores, and Creers in on as many snaps as possible. Sorry Ainge, Hardesty, Parrish and Karl... time to see what the sophmores/freshman can do.

Hopefully, they can keep it to within 3 TD's against a ranked opponent...

You would think they would have done that when we were down 20 yesterday. No better stage and environment to get guys ready than the Swamp. It was obviously going to be ugly and out of hand regardless.

Just another example of the stupidity that is up there.

I just don't know what to think, I honestly don't even know if they want to finish out the year, some players that it.

Well our defense quit yesterday just like they did against Cal. It doesn't help that the coaches appeared to quit as well. That doesn't say much for what we can expect for the rest of the season.

They can say they'll worry about it for 24 hours and practice Monday to "get better" but that's the same song and dance that everyone says.

Getting better is an understatement.

Rogan probably caught a lot of crap for being "runover", but the point was made this morning on the Knoxville TV talk show that at least he stuck his head in there against a guy who had a 70 lb advantage on him.

I say clear the benches and get more of these guys some good quality reps. By the end of the season, we should be able to seperate the wheat from the chaff.

Hardesty is a sophmore.

I don't think the defense really quit. We only ran 4 offensive plays in the 3rd quarter. We're only marginal on defense when we're fresh, much less when when totally gassed.

That's true, but in the 4th when Florida was still playing hard our defense looked like they didn't know what to do. It was like they were waiting for the officials to come in and call the game. But Florida did have 14:26 of TOP in the 3rd so that contributed
