What's our chances for real. I'm not sure how we match up with a spread team since we got gashed twice already. but hoping for the best.

Tennessee should win. They have better talent than Mississippi State. And Mississippi State has played a joke of a schedule so far and has even struggled against far inferior opponents.

We lose because of this.

50-50, wouldn't bet it even. I like to think we have the talent on the field to not get outplayed but have 0 confidence we have the talent on the sidelines (or in the press box as the case may be) to not get outplayed from a leadership and coaching perspective.

I think we need to jump on them early, if its close in the 2nd half then I dont think it will go our way. If we can take a 2 possession lead into the 4th quarter we have a chance.

History is not kind given the situation and stakes of what should or will happen. All sorts of negative records will fall with a win and maybe that would give the team the confidence to be competitive vs Bama and USCjr.

So why are we being overtaken by all these teams that never had a chance with UT before? It makes me sick.

That is about where I am at this point. Even a win against Mississippi State would do nothing to change that either.

we can certainly win this game but there are some things which leads me to feel like there is just no way to predict what happens.

This team changes from quarter to quarter, let alone game to game. How much will the second quarter versus Georgia team show up? or the first 3 quarter of the Florida game? or will it be the Tennessee team from the first half of the Akron game?

What impact will Dooley's injury have on the planning or execution?? Trust me, there will be an IMPACT. Might be a positive but more likely be a negative.

Just no way to know....

We win big by a large margin, setting up lots of hype and dreaming about the following week with UA just so our hearts can once again be stomped in the dirt.

Shouldn't be close in the 4. Bray will FINALLY have his SEC coming out party. And if not, we will just have to ask the same rhetorical questions next week.
