Don’t really care what Pearce does against Chattanooga. For all we know he’s battling soreness or something.

Pearce only playing 10 snaps, is really not a problem. Injury risk, different defensive schemes, player experience, coaches. NCState will probably get a new look next week at our defense. So why not get players out there in a rout and in the first game to battle plan for the next 11 games. Pulling the stars in a rout is not a problem. This game in essence was a NFL equivalent preseason game.

Yep. Chattanooga was going for the knees most of the game. Greatful for apparently no major injuries. Pleased that we played a bunch of players.

Really impressed by the physicality of not only our line starters but the backups.

I thought a lot of our play calling was vanilla, no need to show what we got on chattanooga. That makes this win even more impressive. Lewis between the tackles is not going to be his sweet spot.
