The oldest high school football rivalry in the state of Tennessee between South Pittsburg and Jasper(marion county) will Be played tonight in Jasper. Jasper is #1 2A, SP is #! in 1A. The two have met annually since 1923 with the exception of a couple of WWII years. The Towns are six miles apart and the rivalry is as fierce as it gets.
