Do we not have adequate medical staff to get our coaches cough under control? He’s said a few times now that it’s an allergy. Seems like this is something someone making millions and access to great medical service could get under control.

ha, he's not used to the pollen man. different plants. When I come south the pines will set off my allergies. I'm sure he gets tested if it's persistent. If it's a real problem they even make a shot for it. :) my mom gets them. Something down there is something he isn't normally exposed to, and he's out on that hot field conversing all day.

So this is where we are at now ? Making threads about a coach who has a cough and allergies. Well at least your not calling him to be fired over it.

I live in Bradenton, FL and have been here (Lenoir City/ Knox) since Aug. 29th. My allergies are through the roof here. I'm coughing, eyes are watering, itching, you name it. I love it here but can't wait to go back on Sun.
I moved back to Tenn after living years in Savannah and went through the same thing. Living in Savannah around salt water air, never had a problem.

He kept that short and sweet tho didn't he? ya got nothing. surprised knox media didn't try to drag it out more. that's the difference between a coach and a head coach. I like it. props to Ben for having balls to ask about the "flat footed" stance.

I have an allergy for every season and went through the allergy shots years ago.

Allergies to different pollens, dust, and molds are hard to beat and especially if you try to avoid taking medication long term. I deal with a dry throat cough a lot rather than take meds.

I was told that if you draw a triangle from Asheville, to Knoxville to Atlanta then you have the worst allergies/pollen/sinuses in the country

I'd stretch it down to the alabama pines myself, but yeah, just about. This time of the year every ones allergies go berserker.

I am back and forth between Knox and Florida. I have allergies coming and going. Florida hits me slightly harder but then again, I am more used to the East Tn variety.

Lol I remember the threads about Butchs ear growth, Pruitts Eye brow. This is another installment. But to add to my concern I believe that the program must be represented at top form across the board. That includes our public figures being in top form and health. It gives an added perception of strength.

If you have allergies it's easy to understand. If you don't, then you should count yourself lucky.
You are so right. Luckily, my allergy rush happens every single year right at the end of august for some reason. I am glad that has come and gone.
