Offensive Touching? as the lesser charge. Did they tweek the guy's nipples too?

But seriously, it doesnt say much about Smith. Will he also pay the fines? What about his status on the team.

Is it now up to CPF.

Given that if the reports are correct Smith's plea is to the lowest level assault offense, I can't imagine Fulmer issuing a severe punishment.

When is all of this going to be over? I am getting tired of hearing about it. While I don't think it was good that they got in a fight, it was only a fight.
