The only people that don't like him are the sheep. I think that he keeps the pot stirred up and that he has a love for UT. I would take 10 SMs over 1 gallion lovin bammer.

you really think that everyone who doesn't like him are sheep? you have to be looney. he calls every sports talk show everyday and brings up the same points each day. he has nothing positive to say about the UT program. his expectations about the UT program could only be met if UT football accomplished what USC has the last two years. one must remember that the PAC 10 was vitually off the time a few years ago.

You gotta like him...he has facts behind what he says and the local radio guys don't mess with him too much because of it. I'd much rather listen to that than someone that goes along with everything that's said all the time. :good:

Small Mike is absolutely CLASSIC!!! He is intelligent and brings the facts. The people that disagree with him are sheep and they can't back up their points. People like Mike are what the Vols need to not get complacent, stale, and gay. He is also somewhat of a personal friend of mine.

I also would like to add that he never cracks back at the idiots that attack him, and it is retarded and dumbass to have a poll about a caller. He is entitled to whatever he wants to say and I agree with him 110% of the time.

I like him. Sure, he has his stuff pretty well scripted, but I think he's great. I especially love it when he refers to Vandy as Peabody College.

Peabody College! LOL! I forgot about that one... He is a hoot. His analogies and matter of fact tone are great. What's best is the way when he asks a question and no one ansers in 5 seconds he segways into the next topic by saying "Well, gentlemen...." That's it, if you don't reply to me in 5 seconds we're moving on.

Small Mike is awesome!

I love how he messes with the announcers, calls them to task for ALWAYS cowtowing to the UTAD. He always has his facts straight, and stands by his beliefs, popular or not. Plus, anybody who can make my g/f that mad is ok in my book :lol:

From the little bit I have heard, he sounds like an independent thinker who is capable of critical analysis. Sadly, too many UT fans are uneducated rednecks who never developed the type of reasoning skills that are required for independent decision making so they have no choice but to follow the "Fulmer good, change bad" line much like a savant who likes to smear pudding on himself but cannot explain why.

he hangs up too quickly for the hosts to respond in a lot of cases. I think he's pretty smart, but he tries too hard to be a J.T. the Brick clone.

He doesn't expect a national championship every year. You're being ridiculous and a little too sensitive. All he is saying is that we aren't getting the same level of player development out of the football team as Pearl is able to get out of players like Bradshaw and Ryan Childress. Both of these guys were considered projects when Pearl set foot on campus...

You sound like a sheep. Just because Mike expects more out of the program, you automatically assume he is wanting 13-0 every season.

2. Taking shots at Fulmer
3. Ripping women's basketball
4. Competing with Alabama/Florida
5...

He doesn't have any variety at all... :unsure:
