So we’re putting the electrical in the ground at the property. I’m paying for it so we don’t have power poles. We have to be in the ground 40 inches. At 32 inches we found granite. I **** you not.....granite. Sand stone I can deal with. But ****ing granite?!?
Now we get to start the process of waivers. Some places allow 2 inches of concrete over the electrical conduit for every 6 inches above 36 inches deep. That would mean 4 inches of concrete over the conduit.
Hopefully Sequachiee county will agree

Wow! Granite, unless you are quarrying it, that's the last thing you want to find in your dig zone. Hopefully, it's just below your footer depth. That would strengthen the chiz out your foundation.

I've been jack hammering something as hard (don't think its granite) with an electric jack hammer. It runs in veins around here. Like you said, right in the damn way. Lol

It was around 75 in the cave and 90 outside.
