Current OC for the Carolina Panthers.
He's 31 years old with some college experience and was a big part of that LSU offense that destroyed everyone.
I would much rather have a proven head coach, but if I was looking at a coordinator to fill the spot he would be one of the first I talked to. Especially if Steele and a few others that have years of experience stay/come on board.

Brady is 31 years old. I don't feel good about him hiring guys that are all older than him, and I feel like that would create a sour dynamic. Especially with a lack of head coaching experience.

No. Maybe in 10 years, but not now.

He's in my top 5 but shy on experience. UT would have to be patient while he learns but has some SEC experience.

Mike Detillier discussed the option of a Joe Brady hire (On Basilio). He’s an NFL guy. He supposedly made several comments to the tune of... “I don’t know how Ed recruits all the time. I’m not wired that way”.

Given this insight, I’m not sure Joe Brady is worth the risk or would consider the job.

The only difference between Elliott and Brady, is Elliott can recruit the brakes off of the Clemson map. If he came to Tennessee we would start pulling top five classes year after year. I think that’s an unknown with Brady

Ten years from now, he will likely be Head coach at one of the NFL teams. I would like for it to be the Falcons.

Seems to be working out for Sean McVay. I believe he was hired to be the Rams coach at 30 yrs of age.

Notable NFL coaches hired 35 years or younger: Mike Shanahan, Mike Tomlin, Bill Cowher, Jon Gruden, Don Shula, John Madden, and Sean McVay.

he doesn’t want to coach college ball, recruiting takes up too much time. You’ll find that to be a theme with NFL coaches

The job has proven to be more than the last 3 coaches could handle. 2 of them were head coaches when UT hired them. Now we’re back to hiring someone who’s never been a HC before and will most likely leave for NFL at first sign of success. (8-4) sorry, no.

I am pretty sure he would take the call, but I feel like Brady's goal would be to use UT as a stepping stone to get to the NFL.

If he wins can wait for the right NFL job to open, but I would honestly want a college coach with connections. That's why people like Kiffin, Freeze and others make sense. I honestly have no idea at this point who he is targeting, but I think White already knows and the rest is a smoke screen.

I know this will not be popular. From what I’ve read he was innocent and took the rap for others. My top wish ,Arte Biles.
