Most of you guys on here do not have to deal with a ton of it cause you live in the great state of TENNESSEE... but for those of us behind enemy lines this is getting really tuff to deal with. First it is We(BAMA FANS) beat yall 3 years in a row!!! Then it is "stop don't shoot". Then it is "your coach is a crybaby" Then they say Lane tried to cheat and still couldn't keep Nuke out of jail....... I respond most of the time with things like Well we can not afford to send our guys on fishing trips and we do not let our guys sell their text books. Or our guys don't get a random envelope or laptop layed on their bed when they are at practice. but now N.Oliver goes and screws things up again. I know it happened before the recent events but it is just more ammo for their bs talk. It is hard living in the trailor park state.......

I agree. It is getting to be ridiculous. They are even coming on our boards and talking crap. I'm about to head over to the Alabama message boards.

Know what ya mean about those Bama folks. 40% are ignorant. 40% are so arrogant they are delusional. About 20% are pretty good folks. Given that most folks run the mouth when insecure and that the Bama motor mouths went into high gear when Kiffin arrived in TN....I would say fear exists,,,therefore I would just say "Patient children" and then :)

What do you expect? They had to take it for years because they have a backwards cheating program, they hate Lane Kiffin, and are our top rivals. No doubt they're gonna talk crap.

Dude i feel you, I have alot of family that were born and breed in the trashiest state in the union. When i was little they were always trying to convert me. Once they figured out it wasn't going to work they just started talking smack. I love em because their family, other than that i don't even visit them anymore. My aunt goes down their twice a year and always invites me and i kindly decline because family or not, the last thing i want to do is have to hear bear bryant stories or hear why Saban is second coming of Christ. Bama fans suck. Claiming what 35 NC? Their tall tales or worse than the ones we make up about Rod Wilks. Difference is we do it in humor, they're serious. My advice to you is BE STRONG as you only have one more year before we start kicking Bamas a** all over the field. SCREW BAMA and anyone associated with them. Yea Especially you SLIVE you piece of crap!

And hate to say it but I'm tired of the 'fear' crap. Until we start beating them, they can't really fear us. Do we fear them cause they have Saban or Florida with Meyer? They may recognize we're on the way back to being good, but saying they fear us makes UT fans seem kinda arrogant.

Its like this...i live in birmingham...and you couldn't get a bama fan to look a UT fan in the eyes up until recently. In the mid 90's to the early 2000's they would not literally look us in the eyes if you were out wearing some UT gear. You ought to see it down here right now...all those "row tiders" have done went up into the attic and pulled out their wal-mart sweatshirts and their conveinance store ballcaps that they have had packed away for about 15 years. Everywhere you go you see the window flags and magnets...everyday looks like gameday. Let them drop to florida and all shiznat will be packed up and stuck back in the attic. I can't tell you how many bama fans i know walked out of the room when we about kicked that field goal to win that game....they left the ROOM!!! only to talk smack when it was blocked. One guy didn't know until he heard Eli Golds fat arse talking about it on the post game. I bought a UT hat today and wore it proudly christmas shopping...in birmingham!!!! GO BIG ORANGE!!!!

its misery.
My wife's entire family came over for the UT/bammer game.....they are all bammers.....
drove me nuts...ate the steaks i cooked, drank my crown and my beer...
and jumped around like they had just won national championship when fat cody blocked the fg...

the family was cordial but my "friends' that are bammers are out of the woodwork with their bs and got 12 shirts and got saban and S stickers.
5 years ago you would see 1 flag on a weeekend....now you see 100 every day.
makes me sick..and then they talk crap to me wearing mine...i tell the real fans wear their colors no matter what...i am sure they will have theirs off after their mac or wac beat down in bowl game again this year

Wouldn't use the word fun to describe. think being in a room of Mormons and you are a baptist and they wont let you leave until you see it from their point of view. Not fun at all. Your right though i should go see them. Ill wait till after we beat them next year though:)

I just want to say to the guy who said we claim 35 titles. That might mean something coming from a school where 75 percent of their titles are bogus.

We claim 6 national titles. It's not possible for 75% of them to be bogus. Seems like you are yet another fine product of the UA Department of Mathematics.

Oh cmon, you know they don't like math too many numbers. the teachers spend k-12 trying to teach them the only 1,2,3,6 and how to add those just so they can watch football.

don't wait that long,go and see them twice a year,if you can afford too,it is family after all,Like they say love or hate them,it is family,but do wear your UT gear,and bring lots of plastic Orange drinking cups for fun :) See who will say I wouldn't drink out of that LOL

Of course. And my Vol friends (Tennessee native) tell me Bama jokes and crack on Bama all the time, but I don't complain much about it. It's football. I'm just saying, this thread seems to be a bit of a stretch on saying ALL Bama fans are like this like many posters are insinuating in this thread. Of course we are little more mouthy these days. Who wouldn't be?
