Which college football coaches consistently produce overachievers and underachievers?

Jones is almost in the top 25% from this list.

Number 96-ish on the list was depressing.

Considering UT's depth and experience this year, if he doesn't win at least 10 games, his stock will fall. Coaches have won conference championships with equal or less talent. If I'm not mistaken, our entire D front 7 are 4-5* players.
