He's lookin better than the other guys.... or our 1st team O-line can pass block and second team can run block? Maybe our coaches are just smart as hell and we'll see what our team really looks like next week?

To quote "Major League II"

"Wow, Willie's really got some power."
"Against a guy who'll be bagging groceries next week."

"What League Did Watson Play in Last Year?" - "Californian Penal!"

Marlin usually goes north-south. Other then the fumble today he looks like our best back although playing time suggests he is firmly 3rd in Dooley's book. Marlin is also great catching passes out of the backfield.

It doesn't matter how much of a smart ass you can be. Watson still looked better than the other guys. Fact.

Could that be because he was running against the 2nd and 3rd string of an FCS team? Not to diminish his performance but it really doesn't mean much when you're talking about the UF game

I was under the impression that they were still playing their ones. I should have known better than to listen to the douches in the booth. I don't know if they got anybody's name right the whole game. If they were playing twos and threes, is that not negated by the fact that he is our number 4 RB at best? Also, we were playing twos and threes at every other position on the field. Lane has looked better than Neal since spring. Watson looked better than both today. It was refreshing to see one of our RBs running with purpose.
