Both. I love contacts for sports, swimming and day to day. Mine are extended wear, which means I should take them out after one week, clean them, wear another week, then toss. I've been known to wear them a month straight with no problems :whistling:

I also have a pair of cool glasses for when my eyes need a break. I always get compliments when I wear my glasses, but they give me a headache after a day or two. Also, it drives me nuts that glasses get dirty so easily. I have to clean them constantly.

Getting fitted for contacts now.






I don't understand why the optician needed to touch my genitals. I guess she is a doctor, best do what she says.
