Every thread I open about this game, there you are complaining about the same things. While all of your fellow Appalachian State fans are on here having a good time.

It's college football, we are from the SEC and smack talk is what we do.
No one here has anything against Appalachian State.
But to be honest, I'm starting to think CFB isn't for you. Maybe tennis.

Won't be close IMO. They like to run the ball and we're simply better. Our DL will get a push every play and I expect Shoop to be aggressive. It's just not a good matchup for them. They'll have trouble moving the ball and we'll run the ball down their throats.

It will probably be close through mid 2nd quarter because they aren't going to lay down. But depth will come into play and we'll wear them down. Their 2nd string left tackle is a RS freshman for example. that is not going to be good for them.

If they're within 7 in the middle of the 3rd quarter, I will feel uneasy.

If its not a blowout Im sure we can get on here tomorrow and the sky will be falling. Its the first game. Let them get their feet wet, move some jitters and play the game. Lets worry if Florida hangs around.

I said in another thread earlier; App is a well disciplined team, if we jump on them early that means we are executing well. Otherwise I expect it to be tough for most of the first half and maybe early in the 3rd but eventually we pull away.

Yeah...my "smack" had no effect on the game (kinda like your impact on this board :)). Your team came to play...took it to us and had every chance to win...but didn't. :) Welcome to Moral Victory University!
