Maybe there is a method to the Titans offseason free agent signing (or lack thereof) ineptness. They're saving up so that they can cover Chewie's signing bonus.

i'll take the Flash as a wideout, and superman as the qb....lazer, rocket arm on that kid, he's also got some quick....see's the feild as well as anyone.

ill take the invisible man as a deep safety...he' can just lurk back in coverage..and then just BAM! hes going the other way
