of course penn st sue but has nothing to do w shoops abilities. If u followed vandy franklin u would understand. The d was always franklins baby. I dont care for franklin personally especially since the players scandal but hes a players coach and a good defensive coach.

Shoop has produced THE POOREST COACHED defense i have ever seen in my lifetime. I didnt think it could get worse than jancek arkansas but it HAS. I want to like shoop but i dont. He makes idiotic comments in interviews which tells me that hes blind to what is happening before him and he has no answer for what he sees so he chooses to IGNORE problems. Shoop is just not cutting it. I understand lanes and staying home but for god sakes we are playing 10 on 11 every play. Send a blitz u dummy! With all the injuries weve suffered, we still have speed and talent left but they have to be TOLD to do something! We are REACTIVE to what offenses are dishing out. ON D WE MUST TAKE AWAY AND DICTATE WHAT CAN BE DONE AGAINST US

And also please go on to be the greatest d coach we have ever had, i will forget everything!

Defense looked pretty solid the first half of 2016. Also, PSU's defense wasn't that good last year despite them doing very well overall.

I saw them against MeatChicken.. I get it, they're awful on offense..

I been over the data 1000 times and tried to stay away from a emotional decision about Shoop. I think he is going to do well this season.

Forget Tech, there are many ways to defend them and none are good. The first game always shows you weaknesses you didn't know were there. Shoop will fix the weaknesses and our D will be good.

The D was fine in the ISU game on no preparation. We had a couple if issues that are easy to fix.

Shoop will attack FL and the D will look much better.

Many followed vandy during their miracle run under franklin. I dont remember anyone around here praising shoop either. Where are all the up and coming young proteges getting promoted under stoop's illustrious career? What exiting new nfl special teams coach gives all credit to shoop's tutelage? You feeling me?
