I mean legally of course. Pay the man whatever he wants. Make him an offer he can't refusek:

Bottom line is don't let a competitor in the SEC get him on staff. Shoop will make a great HC one day. I don't want the Vols to be playing against him.

And like I say, if CBJ totally falls apart, I would like to begin the HC search with a known possibility already in the program. Someone who already knows the program, the culture and the recruiting hotbeds.

If you truly want to be positive we did win
17-0 in the second of the game and holding anyone to zero points for an entire half is impressive no matter who you're playing so yeah you can definitely tell adjustments were made.

Much improvement is to be made too though if we're going to keep up the expectations most have for us on winning out the East.

I don't think he so much adjusted as he got in the butt of the DEs and OLBs to maintain back side contain and got them to settle down and play assignments. We chased the ball the first 2.5 quarters, and they were killing us with ball handling.
