D4H is just a poster to chuckle at and move on from his posts. I see more humor in his posts than anything else.

His posting habits are pretty much the equivalent of a kindergartner coming home with a finger paint drawing. You smile, give him a pat on the head and a "good job buddy!" and put it on the fridge for a couple of days. And then take it down and put it in a box never to be seen again.

Just curious, what are you basing this off? Sheriron hasnt even been in live fire action yet, and Guarantano is yet to take his first snaps either. I just dont see how you can evaluate these kids, before they even play one in game snap.

Nothing. He can't evaluate anything and couldn't if he had every strip of film the coaches have.


If he HAD watched SJ's highlight video carefully.... he would see someone who played a lot like Dobbs in HS except with a better arm. He may or may not develop.... but his video was very good and against good competition.

I don't think the odds of him seeing playing time are as low as you think. Again, Dormady was an EE. Not taking anything away from him because he is an excellent passer from what we've seen, but SJ supposedly is a great passer as well and has the legs to go with it. I think we'll see him on the field this season. I believe JG will redshirt this season.

You are speaking of his odds of playing now. I was speaking of how he viewed his chances when he transferred. Should have been clearer on that, my bad.

Having this many talented QBs on the roster is a good problem to have. If Jones gets his shot this season, I hope he lights it up. Guarentano, if Butch follows his past patterns, will probably redshirt. He wanted to do that with Dobbs and Ferguson their freshman year. But if he is needed? They will burn it quickly.

I doubt Sheriron ever takes a meaningful snap at Tennessee. I just don't see the talent.

Guarantano and Dormady are both better than him.

A few others....

1. TKJr is a fat slob with love handles
2. Derek Barnett isn't very talented and has already hit his ceiling
3. Has said that our current WRs are trash
4. Constantly harped on about Randolph and McNeil being awful...not SEC Dbs.

I think that we are hoping to redshirt JG. We will play 2 QBs at a minimum. God forbid anything happen to anyone, but Dormady could sprain an ankle in practice and then we play Tenn Tech, then we get to see Sheriron.

I think it is very exciting to think about all the talent we have at QB now.
