Thank you very much for pointing that out. I would have never known the pigment of his skin had you not told me.

Then you didn't watch the game. :pilot: There's no doubt.

serious question, if he is never going to see the field as a QB why don't they look at WR or DB and get him to use that leadership rather than leaving it on the bench?

I wonder the same thing. The kid is obviously a great athlete. Get him on the field somehow

Because hes a qb. Just because hes black doesnt mean he can be a wr or db.

By game one would assume the activities that took place on the big green surface called a football field? Then yes I did pay attention to that. The connect the dots portion pertaining to the skin pigmentation I thought best to wait on the expert commentary here.

Some of you guys just like putting him down at any and every opportunity, don't you?

Is he perfect? No. Is the leading ALL TIME rushing QB at UT? Yes.

Give the kid a break.

The logic of some Vol fans makes no sense......

Manning, all time leading passing QB, poor runner = greatest Vol ever!

Dobbs, all time leading rushing QB, inconsistent passer = disappointment?

I don't get the disconnect?

What other reason could there be for assuming a QB could play WR or DB?

If we're going to move backup QBs to other positions, why haven't I heard anyone mention moving Dormady to CB if he can't beat out Guarantano?

Here we go..the resident black panther is in the mix.

Why don't you take your race BS back to the PF?

Probably because Dormady does not have anywhere near the same level of athleticism that Sheriron Jones, Guarantano, or Jennings have. He has a great arm, but frankly is another Justin Worley and doesn't jive with this offense. Idk why he was recruited here.

QB's are more commonly ranked as passers, not runners. See NFL. They are recruited for their arms and brains. There may be a runner here and there based on offensive scheme. Additionally, running QB's get tabbed as not able to make the proper read progressions and run instead to supplement.

Your argument, Is like being upset that people are not celebrating the all time pass yardage RB in UT history.

Dobbs looked great catching the pass from Jennings and running down the sideline against UF last year.

That pass was so fine, and in stride, hell I coulda scored on that one. It was perfectly laid in Dobbs hands. Great throw.
