I'd take Shaq just for his raw size but I don't think you can go wrong with either one of them.

Take Shaq. He changed the offensive end completely. As has been said, Hakeem was more skilled, athletic ad talented, but Shaq's size and athleticism combo just couldn't be handled well. Hell, Shaq was so dominant, the refs basically quit calling defenders for fouling the piss out of him.
