Serious Question

With the filling of the OL coach & DC spots, anybody hearing anything official on the other 2 coaching spots??

I know everybody has been saying the ST/TE coach from San Diego. with regards to the other spot, so they hire a LB coach, or shift CLT back to LB's & hire a new DL coach, or does Sunseri work as DC/LB coach CLT continues as DL coach & we hire a WR coach & leave Hinshaw w/ QB's???

Just some random thoughts.

I am going to say if you don't get Rich Bisaccia, then I say talk to Dale Jones! I think having CSS run LB's is great idea, and leave Lance where he is. Then maybe bring in Tee Martin as WR's coach, and leave Hinshaw as QB coach!...thoughts?

Could you imagine this place if they brought in Tee. Although he does not get the credit he deserves, I still think he is a legend. What else could he have fone for UT, Undefeated, SEC Championship, and National Championship. You talking about filling the stands, having to former Vol greats on the staff would warrant a Mega Boom.

I understand you on this. But if Tee can get a WR to to play QB and beat, can't be to bad.

Bring Michael back to coach tight ends... I am okay with hiring CSS but feel like we are on the tier where we are betting on success instead of poaching proven talent/coordinators... The best programs seem to go get proven people to fill head coaching and coordinator jobs instead of betting on a guy that is unproven in these new roles... I hope this all works out and we get back to the top...Go Vols!

Proven is good but not 100%. The thing is that all great DC had to get their start in order to prove themselves. Let us pray that Coach SS has officially got his turn and responds like the great ones do.
