I hear others disagree with the idea that Texas wouldn’t clear her to play....Does anyone have any idea why Sedona put in her post “for medical reasons” in regards to her transfer decision? Also, regarding transfers in general, the protocols do seem to be pretty loose...seems to invite mass exodus,,,:confused2::confused2:

Was the Texas medical staff holding Prince back? Sounds like some whron fans think that's the case.

Is it not possible that instead of holding her back they were trying to force her to play sooner than she felt comfortable? That's what was going on at North Carolina apparently.

dammit...
While uconn is certainly in need of height, no one seems to know where Sedona is in her rehabilitation process. There is still a question of when (if ?) she will be able to play at the top level of wcbb.
Too early for despair.

S. Prince Down to 3 schools, UConn, Nortre Dame, Oregon
Cannot go wrong with any of those schools. Oregon would have better weather. I believe this will put Oregon at 15 players next year if she signs

there is an appropriate saying for us loyal fans. "future forward." and with a bit of patience.

Notre dame will have a thin roster with the departure of Nixon and Patterson. Will be interesting where she goes. Even if she gets immediate eligibility will she be able to get in playing shape to make a difference this year.

Why every player wana go to Oregon or Oregon state????

Because they are the new “IT” team. They play fast, they score a lot of points, and have a lot of success.

Oregon is also a a really pretty place to live so yup add those up and that equals a lot of success. Also the popular company Nike was started so they get a lot of extra Nike swag.

The Pac 12 is also the new "it" conference. They have had a major influx of really good coaches that have elevated a lot of teams. The Pacific North West is also a major hotbed for women's basketball. Probably third behind, in no particular order, Texas and California. Players that used to go east now have plenty of West Coast teams to play for. The WCBB landscape has been changing for some time. The major programs that used to have their pick of top recruits no longer are the draw the used to be. It's not that they have necessarily regressed, but more programs have caught up to them. Except for the rain, Oregon is a really beautiful state to live in. Let's not underestimate the draw of good weather with respect to where players want to spend their winters.

Oregon has an opportunity to have multiple consecutive national championship winning seasons. It’s amazing to see what’s happening out there.

If she gets to play this season and gets in good playing shape she could help them make a run at the NC this season.
