I don't think this has anything to do with SEC only schedule. It does appear your conclusion is correct. I would propose that LSU being down after that incredible year is one factor. A&M appears to be over hyped as usual. Auburn just can't seem to get it figured out this year. Maybe new OC?? Then TN is on the rise. All of these things are outside of SEC only schedule. I would add these balance of power shifts seam to occur every 10 years.Now that we're playing SEC teams only it looks like the SEC East can more than hold their own with many of the West schools such as Texas A&M, LSU, Miss State, Auburn, etc..... Only Bama is dominant now. The Balance of Power is shifting to the East.
