For me, this is like the start of the season. No, nothing spectacular will come out of these press conferences. Lane won't be throwing water balloons at the other coaches. Fireworks never happen at this event... But writers will be writing about football again, and that alone gets me amped up for the coming season!

Berry and Hardesty will be joining Lane in Birmingham.
