According to Nashville Post Vanderbilt is offering 3 game ticket deal which includes UT and $10 food voucher for $110. The other games are MTSU and TSU. More info on Vandy athletic web site.

The ones I could not use I sold to individuals. I texted a so called buyer yesterday not following through with his obligation with our deal because I did not have tix yet. Selling tix before you get them is like trying to sign a football commit... they say they are committed but most lose interest if they don't get their tix right away.

Can you blame them, though? Of course buyers are skeptical when so much fraudulent activity and scam goes on all the time. For people that buy single game tickets instead of season tickets, one game is sometimes all they can afford. They want to make sure the money they worked hard to spend goes to a legitimate sale. Imagine going to a high end restaurant and paying hundreds of dollars for your meal, only to have your waiter tell you they haven't yet received their shipment of food. You would most likely be outraged because why would they sell the food to you before they themselves received their shipment? Would you say "that's alright, I understand that sometimes shipments experience delays, so you can keep my money until you get the food," or would you ask for a refund and go elsewhere? Up to you.

I liked if people put money down on PayPal but don't demand it and ones that reneged I did not require $1. Nothing to lose if you have nothing on it. Next year if people wants tix I will require 10% down to the new buyers. Selling tix can be stressful because I would rather sell them early than scrambling to sell them at last minute.

I just want my tickets I am like others sold my Appalachian state tickets on collation and sending them out next week is cutting it close, I sent tickets by UPS last week and it took 3 days as opposed to Post office it only took 2 days, UPS us slow which if tickets go out Monday I probably want get them till late Thursday! It really ticks me off that the ticket office might cause me to lose a sale and money!

They are only obligated to get tickets to you before the game. I've sold like that before as well and ended up driving them to the buyer. My sales are not a UT problem. Just my risk.

I never send tickets until I have money in hand. If they don't want to pay first fine, I go to next buyer.

I always pay before I ever get tickets so I expect same.

I never give tix out unless I get money or PayPal. It sucks when people bailout because they don't think you have tix because most people got theirs...hassle finding new buyers. This is selling tix before you actually get them.. basically an agreement to buy tickets when they come in.

Back to the clear bags, I understood it to be one per household as well, but will people that are in the no donation seats receive a bag as well?

lol... all of these folk clamoring for a clear plastic bag.

The clear bag offseason thread is my favorite. If I really need to carry in some stuff I will dump the ice out of my bag straight onto my beer in the cooler and carry that bag in.

Where is my clear bag !!! (Blue font)
