I just relocated to Greensboro, NC and am not familiar with all the local spots yet.

Is there a place in town that normally carries the Vols - including the PPV games?

Thanks.

almost all games will be shown on espn3.com and the blackout rules do not apply because you are now out of the state of Tennessee. So, if no luck finding bars, there is a viable option.

Look up the UT Alumni Club in Greensboro. Most major cities have a club or group viewing party whether your an actual alumnus or not. I used to attend the game watches in Tampa and it was great. Kind of keeps you from getting too home sick. They usually draw raffles at half time and give away cool Vols stuff. Good luck!

I am from Greensboro, but don't live there anymore. The area alumni use to meet at JP Looneys in High Point for the games every Saturday. Not sure if they still do or not.

Yeah was gonna say JPs as well. Not a member of alumni or anything but have watched games there with fellow Vol fans

Thanks guys. I've seen a JP's over off high point rd. Is that the one you are speaking of? Or is it actually in high point, nc?

Live 20 miles south...would invite you over to watch...but heading home (Ktown) for the game. Good to hear about Looneys...we just moved here in October. Football season isn't bad, but basketball...not so much. Since it's PPV...not sure you'll have any options.

Ahhh...I just found this thread. I see it was moved to the graveyard. Thanks mods.

I should have titled it How Does Janzen's Dismissal Affect Gamewatching in Greensboro.
