Sentimental connection to Dave Neal; and all the Daves from Jefferson Pilot SEC football games. They were quality broadcasters back when seeing your team on TV was not automatic.

Agreed! The three Dave's did a pretty good job on JP. I was glad ESPN kept Dave Neal.

Yep, espn does surprise, I figured Beth Mowins would take that job; or another Okie Doke . Old Dave is pretty solid, has done it for 40 years? And never got elevated beyond the #3-4 crew.
