Please don't tell me to Google. What has given you best results? Do best buy or GameStop do it in store?

You want to start with a 40 grit sandpaper, then follow with a 80, then 200, finally go with a 1800. Then use a polish.

Most game stores will do this for you. I had Packard's do a few of my games. If you plan on buying a game, take it in with you and see if you can convince them to buff your disc for free if you purchase a game there. Worked for me.

Otherwise, it should run you about $3.

I went to trilogy game store in East Ridge, Tn. I believe it cost 5$ and they had their own repair sander type thing. Worked perfectly after that.
