It was obvious his players didn't want to play for him. Jim Haslett has a chance to prove he can be a head coach now. The team has the talent at the skill positions. Lets see if they can be motivated.

They have a good start on the Dline with Carriker and Long

all hope is not lost.

True, but it's not like they promoted some never-been, scrub D-coordinator. Haslett was the coach of the Saints for 5 years and was the NFL Coach of the Year in 2000.

The Rams are awful. I would consider it a success if they can win 2 games this year. The talent's their to be competitive, but the team just doesn't go together.
