Do not include Rock in your assertions. He never had time to implement his program.

That's hilarious! If the players were working as hard under Rock that 99% of you claim then what was the problem?

If S&C coaches needed multiple years then why did Butch replace them nearly every year?

He didn’t. Lawson was there for the first 3.

Maybe I was incorporating Dools in there, as well. Still, every time a new S&C coach was named this place went nuts.

I remember you overreacting. I chalked it up to getting a legit S&C coach after Szerszen.

If we can steal away Cochran, then that would give us a better shot at landing elite recruits...especially Linemen.

Kirby Smart is Cochran's closest friend and offered him the gig at UGA, and Scott still stayed at Bama. I don't see Cochran leaving until Saban retires, if then.

Hmmm, no. Go find where I ever over-reacted to a coach being hired.

Doing the same thing you’re exhibiting today. Saying everybody is going nuts over his hire. I just wanted a professional...felt reasonable.

Course you wouldn’t. Acknowledge that we lead for JJ Peterson?

Cochran also wasn't vested in the Bama state retirement then.....he is now.....

If Cochran comes, it will not be because there is no state income tax. You don't really think the state of Tennessee operates on significantly less money that other states do you?

Check property taxes, sales taxes, excise taxes, use taxes, etc. The money comes from somewhere.

You actually have more control over minimizing income taxes than you do most other taxes.

There are only two teams in the country with coaches actively engaged in competition that might prevent them from announcing they are moving to another program. Otherwise, why would it take so long to make an announcement? CJP seems to be a sooner than later kind of guy, plus, he needs his staff filled to roll out to recruits. I think this means maybe the Cochran fellow. (How's that for commitment)

Kids buy into his hype. He is THE reason several recruits go to Alabama. If you could some of the crap he actually tells recruits it is hilarious. Hope this video has not already been posted.
