Schiano is a controlled false leak!

I’ll just say this. If Schiano is hired I will be completely wrong and you all can torch me. I won’t really care anyway. If it’s not Schiano I’ll simply be happy it’s not him. It’s not like I’m looking for credit that I pointed out this could be a tactic. I’ll let you all think that your up roar was the whole reason he didn’t get hired. Let you think your voice actually mattered. Have a good day. My only point was don’t go jump off a bridge just yet. Have a good day fellow vol fans. Atleast for the moment we haven’t made the worst coaching hire of the year.

I just seen on espn that tenn. is finalizing deal with schiano. What a piece of sh!t AD we have. Getting ready to fire up the grill and burn all UT clothing.

At least wait until he gets here and we have an introduction. Every source has thrown crap rumors.

Then we can hang dummies dressed to look like Currie AND Schiano from a tree in every town in the state. Or burn them at the stake. Or let a redneck drag them behind their trucks.Or something more creative than I can be right now.

Sure...... so if say Cutcliffe is now hired you will flip him off? OK. Our whole fan base that would have been ready to torch him for NOT hiring Gruden or (insert big name) will be saying that’s a great hire due to it NOT being Schiano.

I am just POed at the head game. Does no real good to flip him off, because he can deny he did anything.

There are three kinds of coaches we have been looking at; the "home run hires", the acceptable guys where you hope for the best, and the no way in Hell guys. If we have done a poll on each one, nearly every one would have had plenty of votes in every column.

I had three being homers: Gruden (just in case he came out, the press alone would have been nuts), Patterson, and Petersen. And I knew all 3 were long shots, but if you want to be the best, you vet the best.

My Hell No guys were Chip Kelly, Petrino, and Kiffin. And when I learned about Schiano at Penn State, he got added later.

The rest? I could get behind. That included, if push came to shove, bringing back Phil. That would have been a white flag move, but I would get behind it eventually.

But this false flag crap, if that is what it really is, is nothing but garbage. In the end, if Schiano really is innocent and knew nothing, we trashed him for bull5h1t, and those who really caused it have plausible deniability. You might call them smart. Take a guess at what I call them.

Currie is a bad hire. He played his last card. He put his standards in the gutter. He’ll turn it over to a search firm now. He’s a failure.

Petrino or Kiffin now = Home Run hire

If the AD can pivot and bring either of these two guys to UT, the fanbase is like "WHEW!!" and singing hosannahs. You thought these two guys were slimey? Our AD apparently is trying to demonstrate who slimey REALLY is.

Because risking an already crumbling recruiting class to 'smoke-screen' the actual hire with false information about Greg Schiano would be a brilliant move by John Currie?

He's implying that our hire is already made and it's someone not named Gruden, Patterson or Peterson. Or Leach or Frost or Campbell. Or Schiano. Like it's someone bottom of the barrel or someone that UT has been divided on for a while (like Mullen), so UTAD placed an obvious red herring to make us swallow the pill of the next hire.

Either way it's ****ed up.

So much for being controlled if true.

This thing has completely blown up in Currie's face.

So much for we are only looking for someone of the highest moral integrity.

Even if they don't hire him....... It was BAD after yesterday..........and worse right now.........getting anyone who is remotely a good choice will be almost impossible.

The only out now is of this was somehow totally fake and they already have their man and it isn't Greg the Douche.

But how likely is all that.......about as likely as Saban quits Alabama tomorrow.
