Scale 1-10, how are y'all feeling about this season

8. We have elite WRs. Should be a top oline. Running game is always solid-very good. So George or Faizon will have plenty of help around him to settle in the job.

Defense can only go up

LMAO. You're a testy little snicker, arent you?

Have a great day, kiddo. I'll have my opinions, you have yours. Feel free to FO if you'd like.

Or you could go and iron Heupel's shirts for him. I'm sure he'd really appreciate it.
As I said. Go tell Bishop or Telander that they don’t care. Go tell Jordan Thomas, who had a career ending injury and was honored with Torchbearer award yesterday while crying in front of his teammates that he doesn’t care.
Gutless internet posters are the worst.

Given all the changes to the roster and coaching staff and the current state of college football, I can firmly say, on a scale of 1-10, my excitement level is magenta.

Seriously though, I wasn't great at predicting seasons before college football went insane. I have now idea where to even start to evaluate most teams now. I have no confidence the SoS is accurate and can't keep track of who is on what team anymore.

I didn’t even know Lance Heard went to KY, I thought he went back to LSU

Maybe a 5? With so much turnover it’s harder to keep up with the roster these days. Recruiting means less and less every year. Of course I’ll be watching and cheering for my team this fall, but off seasons are spent paying less attention these days.

I knew that, but it got lost in the tide of all the other changes. In previous years he would have been public enemy #1 on here. The new state of college football has not diminished my enjoyment of football season. But it's much harder to stay engaged with the offseason stuff. Maybe not having a portal in the fall will restore some normalcy for me.

Even with the defense learning a new scheme, it’s hard to not improve over last season. If the offense is potent and we see even a slightly improved defense, we can make some noise. But there are a lot of unknowns

I gave up predicting when NIL came about. How can you predict anything when you don't even know who will be playing? You can be looking a 11 - 12 wins and then your 1st string QB hits the portal.

Our players don't care, the coach can't even be bothered to shave, iron his clothes, manage a clock, complete a sentence, or script any plays beyond a first possession. So why would I care?

4. Maybe 3. Saturdays have become much more fun and varied ever since I kinda lost interest.
Fine. Go away.

Personally I'm at a 6, kinda nervous about our defense in year one under knowles and the quarterback competition
I’d say about a 6 also. Somewhat worried about the quarterback position and not really a fan of defensive coordinator position.

I'll give it about an 8 but to be honest ever since "free agency" began that's about where I start the season. I feel the coaching will be better this year and am hopeful the defense has it down prior to starting the season. I am not too worried about the offense, we will score points whichever QB wins the position. Sadly the college and pro games that I followed religiously have lost some of their shine due to rule changes for me, if it weren't for all the excitement my Bears provided last year I was about done with the NFL. Used to watch NFL all Sunday as well as Monday night but now only watch my team and done, seem to be winding down on my give a $hit factor. Miss the old days when the QB's weren't wearing skirts, JMO.
